Celebrity Cruises does not care about customer service
Recently took a cruise with 19 other people on Celebrity Cruises.. got to our cabin there was blood on the toilet seat, *** on the shower curtain and human hair all over the bed linens..
this was the first hour of being on the ship... took them 5 hours to fix this... no one took ownership just excuses.. was told nothing can be done supervisor was in meetings..
no rooms to change to either... then 3 of us in the group got food poisoning while on board 2 went to the ships hospital and they still charged them my cousin was billed almost 800.00 they just want money they dont care it was their food their fault.. Bought a drink package that I was entitled to get fruit smoothes for breakfast first 2 days was told could not get them they didnt have the stuff .. out of a 4 day cruise was a waste of money...
overall the ship's staff was horrible, the ships interiors were disgusting, the food was disgusting and followup with the company since has been non-existent. I have sent emails, tweets, facebook posted pictures of the cabin issues blood and all and still no replies from anyone...
will never use them again...
Monetary Loss: $800.

I'm surprised they didn't charge you extra for the protein in the blood!!! Yucko...I hope you asked for a different room.....???
