Muzak played throughout Celebrity Eclipse on the PA system is annoying. Why not classical? And the LOUD music played at the lobby next to Guest Relations makes it impossible to conduct business at Guest Relations.

Agree with loud music near guest relations, that is why I go there ay 6:00am, nothing going on. Also I have a major complaint about the waitstaff in the metropolitan dining room.

Our main waiter in the deck 5 dining room was ARUN and female for ice tea and drinks, Gizelle. Arun every night hammered us with filling out the online form. I told jim several times we would do it. He kept it up.

I said nothing to him on the ship as I did not want any problems with service. That really irritated me as I want no stress on vacation, and he is placing stress on me/ wife, talking to me so much that my meal is getting cold. I will never go through that again.

We ate on another ship, Allure of the seas for a 7 day cruise in three weeks and I will make it clear I understand about the online evaluation and I will fill it out. Do not keep reminding me or the grade will decline and I will ask for a new waiter.This was on celebrity millennium alaska cruise tour may 27- june 3rd.

I have finally got this problem sorted but it did take a lot of time finding who to contact etc. I would never go on this ship again as I just don't feel they are very trustworthy.
